What Is the Traverse City Horse Show?
The Traverse City Horse Show is an annual summer series of equestrian competitions that runs from the beginning of June through mid-September. It features several weeks of FEI and national-level hunter, equitation, and jumper competitions. The event also features iconic championships, like the American Gold Cup.
The shows are held in Williamsburg at Flintfields Horse Park, a 130-acre venue that’s only about 20 minutes from Traverse City. Competitions take place on Wednesday through Sunday, with gates opening at 8 a.m.
How Much Are Tickets?
Admission is free most days between Wednesday and Saturday. However, Grand Prix Sundays and select competitions are ticketed. In addition to general admission, there are premium options available. All general admission ticket sales are donated to local non-profits.
What Is There to Do?
Each week of the season offers something unique, and you can see everything from Olympic riders to the youngest riders just starting their journey.
