Suttons Bay Getaway is a stunning gem situated on the picturesque West Grand Traverse Bay. Just a stone's throw away from the charming town of Suttons Bay or lively Traverse City. This lovely, spacious lakefront home treats you to breathtaking views of the bay from the deck, living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. You’ll only need to take a few steps from the deck to experience the lake's inviting, deep blue waters. With the birds singing and the fresh air all around, you will honestly know this is what a vacation should feel like. From the moment you arrive, a wave of relaxation washes over you. Get ready to be mesmerized by the stunning colors as the sunrise paints the sky across the bay. Gather your whole group around the fire pit for fun, laughter, and delicious s'mores under the enchanting moonlight in the evenings.

This delightful multi-level home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, featuring four cozy bedrooms and three bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of one bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor, while the upper level hosts three additional bedrooms. The first upper-level bedroom features two queen beds, and the second boasts a king bed, both sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom setup. For a touch of luxury, the primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an attached bathroom, complete with a luxurious shower. The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the living room, creating a fantastic open concept and providing stunning views to enjoy together.

Downstairs, you will find a nice place to relax on the comfy couches, watch movies, sing karaoke, or play badminton or pickleball on the indoor net.

A Fabulous House and View

We had a grand time. Despite being "off season" in November, the house was lovely...warm and cozy. And the sunrise view of the bay wss picture perfect. Well appointed kitchen and bath. The BEST part of the whole trip was Lindsay, our property management rep with Visit Up North. She was UNBELIEVABLE! Quick to respond and very helpful with everything we needed. Five stars for Lindsay! as well!

We spent 2 nights here and it was a perfect location to visit the local wineries and restaurants. It is not on the main road which made the setting less noisy. Right on the bay was perfect for a fire on the small beach but due to weather we did not.We had a maintenance issue that was resolved quickly. There were a couple other maintenance issues that were minor and did not affect our trip at all. We shared this and assume those issues will be fixed for the next guest.Definitely recommend this spot overall.

Fall Sutton's Bay Getaway

Had a great time, house was right on the water. House was clean and we liked the amount of kitchen utinsils and pans. Layout in the kitchen is not for a chef, refrigerator is in a bad place and the big massive glass globes over the island are a joke, if you are prepping food on the island you hit your head on the globes as they are not centered over the island. Overall kitchen is very nice. Master bedroom ceiling fan was not working and nor could we find remote. The masterbath Toto bidets functions did not work which was a bummer, it worked for flushing only. Get it fixed please. I have the same model in my house and it is great. Deck was nice, windows needed cleaning on the outside and a lot of spider webs on outside windows. Grill worked great, albeit on the side of the house and you had to go through the garage. Was expecting a bit more at this price point in slow season. But again it is a beautiful house and views with sunrise over the water was spectacular.

This was a wonderful experience for my family and my best friends family. We thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to both Suttons Bay and Traverse City as well as the location on the water. The main highway is noisy most of the day so you hear both the lapping waves and the hum of cars. The house is beautiful and feels lived-in in the best way unlike so many AirBnBs and VRBOs these days that are just carelessly thrown together. Loved the comfortable furniture and the amenities like the kayaks and toys. The private beach access is picture perfect. Only true complaint is the exterior of the house was not clean. I recognize there's challenges associated with being so close to the water but there seemed to be an excessive amount of spiders, gnats, flies, etc in the eaves and corners. The worst of it was the fact that none of the main floor windows have screens so when we cracked the windows to let out some of the cooking smell, dozens of gnats or fruit flies filled the home. We had to spend most of the evening drawing them to a glass of wine and dumping them. Please don't let this sway you from staying. Its such a beautiful and warm place, we are asking ourselves when can we go back?

Rental Property was great for my family and exactly as the pics described. Was very clean and location by the lake was perfect. Property management (especially Rochelle) were great and kept me updated on the rental property. In future, we would definitely think about coming back.

Great house in Suttons bay- beautiful views of the lake, house newly updated. Enjoyed coffee and drinks on the deck with the new patio furniture, especially the fire table. We had one maintenance issue and it was resolved very quickly, which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.
