Budget-friendly and near many popular sites like Sleeping Bear Dunes and Good Harbor Beach, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom, three-level townhouse has beds for 8 guests. Up to 10 are allowed if guests bring an air mattress.

The kitchen and living space are on the main level. Two bedrooms are upstairs and two are downstairs in the walk-out basement. All of the bedrooms have connected bathrooms. The main floor has a living room/dining room combo with a small, but full, kitchen. There is a wood-burning fireplace for those chilly nights. On the deck off the living room, you can relax and watch the sun go down. There are wall-unit air conditioners throughout the townhouse.

There is an outdoor pool available during the summer months.

This property is just minutes from Good Harbor Beach on Lake Michigan, 15 minutes to Leland, 15 minutes to Glen Arbor, and only 30 minutes to Traverse City.

Condo was nice, comfortable. A few cons: couldn’t open sliding glass doors because all the screens are broken out. Big disappointment because it was beautiful out. A/C let off terrible smell, probably need to be replaced.

We had 3 couples and there was plenty of room. Loved the four showers!Dishwasher didn’t get dishes clean and expecting that we could be out by 10 am with dishwasher emptied and dishes put away was unreasonable. Also had to go buy dish towels and dish cloths because these weren’t provided. Otherwise it was just what we needed.

Booked this for son and wife as their reservation at Little Traverse Inn was canceled due to a staff member exposed to Covid. This was a last minute attempt to find an alternative. It was definitely overkill for two people, but it fit the bill.The air conditioner unit was really dusty and dirty, so they didn’t use the first night, but wiped it down themselves. There were a lot of wasps inside, which I reported to Visit Up North. Son seemed to think there might be a nest in the wall.Other than those two issues, it was fine and seemed pretty clean.

It very relaxing for all of us!! Very close to golf course! Clean & well taken care of! Great customer service with any questions! It’s a tri level, downstairs was 2 bedrooms! 1 king bed room,& 1 with 2 single beds with bathrooms, plus a washer & dryer, Main floor was living room, & kitchen. Condo was very clean and nicely located near many of our usual stops (Glen Arbor, Leland, Good Harbor, etc). Beds are very soft and comfortable. Kitchen is a little small. Appliances are in good condition. Grounds are well kept. Trash was a bit of a walk but that is better than smelling trash all the time if it was closer. AC units in all rooms worked well on hot evenings. Management was very attentive to our needs and made the renting experience smooth. The upstairs bathrooms drained a little slow. Counters are a little short for taller people.

The condo was clean and how the pictures showed it, however not the outside pics. We were sandwiched in between multiple other townhouses, but the picture led us to believe it was only two units attached to each other. It worked for 6 guys, but couldn't imagine 10 people in there. The kitchen was very cramped. All in all, I would go back for the same purpose.

Unit was clean. There is no a/c in the lower level. Fans available. Everything functioned nicely. Alerted management to lack of forks (there were a total of 7 forks and small salad forks at that). They said they could remedy this on Monday (the day we were checking out).Nice to have four bathrooms. Grill was good to have. Stove/oven is brand new but still had packaging and zip ties in oven.Note that this condo is located at an abandoned ski resort including a hi fenced motel in ruins...literally. The view from condo balcony and patio is nice except for abandoned smaller buildings atop former ski hill. A quick hike up ski hill gives great views of surrounding lakes.Condo area location is good with very quick access to Leland, Northport, Glen Arbor and Sleeping Bear. Decent grocery in Cedar, MI is 15 minutes.We booked late so had few choices. Condo is not worth $400/night but we waited too long to book.

Condo was in a great location for our annual golf trip. Had a smoke detector with low batteries. Called Up North Vacation Rentals & they handles the issue very professionally. The only complaint was the shower head on the upstairs master bed room needs to be replaced. There is barley any water pressure & the water is like a mist instead of a normal water stream.

Awesome Weekend Getaway

When we arrived, I was a little worried about bedding, as we had three couples and only two king-sized beds. But one of the couples was super flexible and pushed together two oversized twins to make a full bed. The unit was clean, had everything we needed (except food and coffee-filters, which we had expected) and was very peaceful and quiet. The back porch overlooks the abandoned ski slopes and there isn't much noise from traffic or city populations. A little tricky coming in at night (watch for deer!), but overall we had a wonderful, relaxing, quiet weekend. We were able to hire a lyft to get into TC for about $30, so our group of 7 was able to enjoy the city without worry of driving.

Our group used this unit and sugar buzz (B-8)next door. I personally only saw the unit when we arrived, but most of the guests said it had cleaning issues, not sure if same company cleaned both units or just a different version of clean. Guests complained of hearing mice in the walls and found droppings in the kitchen drawer (had to wash all utensils before use). Smoke alarm was chirping, should have noticed that when cleaning and replaced battery. Stain on one of twin comforters(downstairs-by window). All and all nice rooms with convenient bathrooms attached. Close to nearby stores/gas/shopping.
