This great main-floor, studio condo, located on beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay with stunning blue waters, sandy beach, and gorgeous skies. We now offer two Pointes North condos!
This condo is perfect for two guests but sleeps up to four. There is a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and general kitchen items.
There is a sliding door out to a small patio facing the water. In addition to the sandy beach, you have access to the complex's outdoor heated pool (seasonal), community fire pit, and volleyball court. There is no breakfast included with this condo.
This location allows easy access to Traverse City attractions including boutiques and shops, restaurants, wineries, and golf courses. The Great Lakes Equestrian Festival is only 6 miles from this location. It is also an easy drive to Old Mission Peninsula. Downtown Traverse City is just 4.5 miles from the condo.
No pets are allowed for guests per condo association.

When we arrived the condo was clean and ready for our visit , only wished they had a bigger style coffee maker, And wanted to pass on the sliding screen door has a hole in it right by the handle to open which should be fixed.. we enjoyed our stay and the condo is situated on a beautiful beach with a great view of the bay we would definitely come back again

The unit had a great location and view of the bay. Just a few steps off patio and you were on the sand. Property mgmt company was great to work with and responded timely (appreciated call after we checked in to make sure everything was ok). Condo was clean. Condo was dated (bathroom layout was odd); however believe that was reflected in price we paid.

My wife and I stayed here to for a relaxing labor day weekend. The beach and views of bay were fantastic, the room provided exactly what we were looking for, and the property is just a short drive to downtown Traverse City. We had a fantastic time and will consider coming back next time were in town.

The location is great for this unit, right along Lake Michigan with a great view. The property is well maintained and the beach was immaculate. The unit itself is slightly dated, and has an odd layout with the Jacuzzi tub. It's much more a hotel room than a condo but worked fine for the weekend. The room was clean and stocked with all the basics. We would probably choose a different unit if available, but would definitely stay here again if other rooms weren't available.
