Welcome to your perfect getaway! This sought-after ground-floor beachfront studio places you just steps from the sugar sand beach of East Grand Traverse Bay. With breathtaking sunrise and sunset views from your private patio, you'll enjoy front-row access to the bay, the outdoor heated pool (seasonal) , and all the serenity northern Michigan has to offer. This property also includes community fire pits and a beach volleyball court.
This condo is perfect for two guests but sleeps up to four. This unit includes a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette with plenty of storage, apartment-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and general kitchen items. The full bath has plenty of counter space, a hair dryer, and a walk-in 60" x 34" shower, with a separate water closet. Direct TV supplies services to the 55" flat-screen smart Roku television. Free WIFI, air conditioning, and central heat. There is no breakfast included with this condo.
Whether you're savoring morning coffee on the patio, sipping wine at dusk, or toasting marshmallows by the fire pit, this relaxing retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and nature.
The Great Lakes Equestrian Festival is only 6 miles from this location. It is also an easy drive to Old Mission Peninsula. Downtown Traverse City is just 4.5 miles from the condo. Cherry Capital Airport is only 3 miles away.
Besides relaxing on the private beach, enjoy watersports, hiking or biking the TART trail, shopping, restaurants, art galleries, mini golf, skiing, casinos, museums, wineries, brew pubs, or scenic drives. Nearby attractions included Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes National Lakeshore, a variety of lighthouses, beautiful beaches, Old Mission Peninsula, and visiting some of the small surrounding towns.

We stayed in a studio room with a king size bed. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view overlooking Grand Traverse Bay. We went in October so there was no opportunity to swim, but looked inviting!! It would be nice on a hot day just to walk out the sliding doors and swim. Lots of lawn chairs and fire pits on the beach. We had a little bit of an issue with the key pad on the door, but it was resolved right away. They were very nice about it. The key pad just needed new batteries. Traverse City was beautiful and our stay was super nice if I was to say anything negative, it would so little. The room had a bit of a hotel feel to it, and it was pretty bare bones. The coffee pot was a four cup and there’s no Keurig, so don’t bring K cups. Theres a microwave and a toaster. Also, you might want to bring night lights for the middle of the night if you have to get up. It’s pitch black and you can’t see. These are little things though and it didn’t affect our stay. There are so many restaurants in the area to enjoy. We brought our bikes and went on a wine/bike tour. It was super nice!! We also rode along the tart trail and Lelanau trail. The colors were just starting to change. We really enjoyed it.

We really loved our stay overall. Everything was great except for the blanket we used for the pullout couch had a big chocolate stain on it and kind of grossed out. I don’t know if it wasn’t washed or if it was just stained.

We stayed at this condo for a week while vacationing with family in Traverse City. The condo is clean and very comfortable. Everything was perfect! The only issue we experienced was a missing TV remote but we had the cable (Direct TV) remote so we were still able to watch TV, just not any streaming channels.

The stay was for my Special Needs daughter and I for a girls trip. The beach was great, super easy to access from our first floor room. The pool was a nice treat on the colder day. VERY CLEAN!! My family of four had to cancel and out west vacation because of COVID concerns, but we found Pointes North N107 available for the days we most wanted to get out of town, and it couldn't have been a better retreat. The place is half condos and half hotel, and N107 is on the condo side on the ground floor. You walk out front immediately to your car, out back immediately to the beach. Chairs, fire pit, easy access to town, but mostly amazing water and beautiful view right where you are. It's clean, private, and lovely!

My family stayed in a first-floor room with the patio just steps away from the beach. The room was comfortable for me, my husband and my 13- and 17-year-old. My son loved the jacuzzi tub. The beach was spacious enough for social distancing. The room was advertised as a condo, but it is more of a hotel room (no kitchenette). But overall, a great family getaway safe from crowds. We'll certainly be back!

Quick birthday get away with my wife. Nice comfortable room with waterside view. You will have to drive downtown as it is not as close as it seems. Room was clean and comfortable. We were able to check in a little earlier than normal which was fantastic. The pop machine didn’t work but Speedway is almost directly across the street. No sugar or creamer for our coffeeTV was difficult to navigate with 3 controllers.

We love the location, just out of town and on the lake, with stunning views loved the back patio/porch to sit out on in the evenings (it could have been swept prior to are arrival-inside was very clean). I think much of the instructions were designed for other places and could be updated for this place, as it was a bit confusing. But we would definitely consider this place again. The location of this property is very convenient for those who don't need to be downtown TC. The private beach is relaxing at all hours. The hotel staff is great too. My only complaint is the bathroom size but that is certainly not the owner's fault; just my preference.
