This highly desirable ground floor studio condo is located on stunning East Grand Traverse Bay with sparkling blue waters, sandy beach, and gorgeous sunrise and sunset skies from your private patio. The beach slider door is just steps away from the sand, bay, and heated pool. There are community fire pits and a beach volleyball court available.
This condo is perfect for two guests but sleeps up to four. This unit includes a King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette with plenty of storage, apartment-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and general kitchen items. The full bath has plenty of counter space, a hair dryer, and a walk-in 60" x 34" shower, with a separate water closet. Direct TV supplies services to the 55" flat-screen smart Roku television. Free WIFI, air conditioning, and central heat. There is no breakfast included with this condo.
The Great Lakes Equestrian Festival is only 6 miles from this location. It is also an easy drive to Old Mission Peninsula. Downtown Traverse City is just 4.5 miles from the condo. Cherry Capital Airport is only 3 miles away.
Besides relaxing on the private beach, enjoy watersports, hiking or biking the TART trail, shopping, restaurants, art galleries, mini golf, skiing, casinos, museums, wineries, brew pubs, or scenic drives. Nearby attractions included Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes National Lakeshore, a variety of lighthouses and beautiful beaches, Old Mission Peninsula, or visit some of the small surrounding towns.

The only issue we experienced was a missing TV remote but we had the cable (Direct TV) remote so we were still able to watch TV, just not any streaming channels.

My family of four had to cancel and out west vacation because of COVID concerns, but we found Pointes North N107 available for the days we most wanted to get out of town, and it couldn't have been a better retreat. The place is half condos and half hotel, and N107 is on the condo side on the ground floor. You walk out front immediately to your car, out back immediately to the beach. Chairs, fire pit, easy access to town, but mostly amazing water and beautiful view right where you are. It's clean, private, and lovely!

My family stayed in a first-floor room with the patio just steps away from the beach. The room was comfortable for me, my husband and my 13- and 17-year-old. My son loved the jacuzzi tub. The beach was spacious enough for social distancing. The room was advertised as a condo, but it is more of a hotel room (no kitchenette). But overall, a great family getaway safe from crowds. We'll certainly be back!

Quick birthday get away with my wife. Nice comfortable room with waterside view. You will have to drive downtown as it is not as close as it seems. Room was clean and comfortable. We were able to check in a little earlier than normal which was fantastic. The pop machine didn’t work but Speedway is almost directly across the street. No sugar or creamer for our coffeeTV was difficult to navigate with 3 controllers.

We love the location, just out of town and on the lake, with stunning views loved the back patio/porch to sit out on in the evenings (it could have been swept prior to are arrival-inside was very clean). I think much of the instructions were designed for other places and could be updated for this place, as it was a bit confusing. But we would definitely consider this place again. We enjoyed are stay very much.
