Park Avenue is located right in the heart of Traverse City in the Bay Park condominiums. This second-floor, two-level condo features three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, welcoming up to 8 guests.
There is a bright, open living/dining room area with a balcony with a view of F&M Park. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a single sofa bed in the living room. All of the bedrooms have room-darkening shades—great for sleeping in!
F&M Park is directly across the street and is perfect for having a picnic or letting the kids play on the spacious playground. The condo is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Rent a bike and hop on the Tart Trail that runs for miles. With festivals and fairs, wineries and breweries, and so much more, Traverse City is a great place to explore with something for everyone!

This past weekend, I got together with some girlfriends for a weekend in TC! Our VRBO was fantastic in all ways - the apartment itself was clean, spacious and modern - while the location was directly in the middle of the activities we participated in - great walking distance for all! We had an excellent time enjoying the city, the parks, the food, and the beaches, with this rental as home base. We stayed for 2 weeks, and I was able to work remotely the first week.We had an issue with the powder room toilet handle that was fixed within 2 hours.

Our family had a wonderful experience in July. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and was in such a great location!! So many family friendly activities and places to eat and visit. The condo was very well maintained and we were very comfortable there. Would most definitely recommend. The only complaints were the twin bed sheets were scratchy.

The location was fabulous. Within walking distance to everything downtown. There was plenty of room for 4 single girls. It's listed as 8 but that would only be doable with couples and kids. The balcony was nice to sit on at night. The furniture downstairs was relatively comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with dishes but not much else. The beds are HARD. We were not fans. The bathrooms were clean and the shower is great with plenty of warm water. There is one assigned parking spot. There are door codes which was really nice for our group. The living room has stains on the carpet that should be removed.

Excellent location a 10 minute walk to downtown Traverse. Area was quiet. Park across the street. Condo was well appointed. The only issue we had was low water pressure in the shower. Management quickly fixed it. Highly recommended.

Great location and well kept condo. Walking distance to downtown. Park across the street was great for the kids. WIFI never worked. Spent too much time reporting the WIFI issue to management and then way too much time problem solving, only to have it not work. McDonalds, next door has WIFI for those he need to work from home but no outlets to plug in lap top. Otherwise great rental.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Condo and our experience with the rental company! This condo is beautiful and in a great location in TC! The rooms are spacious, wonderful closets and the bathroom is amazing! The living room along with the dining room is wonderful with larger groups to be able to cook, eat and talk. My only suggestion is a larger TV for the living room. It is quite small compared to hotels or what you would expect for a living room TV. The location is wonderful walking distance to all of downtown TC and restaurants. The rental company is wonderful as well. We had an issue with the heat and they responded immediately and followed up through the weekend! Can’t wait for our next stay!

The condo itself was perfect. There was plenty of space downstairs to hang out in, and the bedrooms upstairs were spacious. The unit was clean when we arrived. The balcony was also a nice addition, though we didn't use it much since there wasn't any porch furniture. The best thing about this place is how close it is to the beach (~5 min walk) and downtown Traverse City (~10 min walk). We were able to walk everywhere we went. However, the neighbors didn't seem very happy about us (a group of 7 girls) being there. They made multiple rude comments to us and made it clear that they did not like us being there. Overall, this unit was great mostly because of its amazing proximity to the beach and downtown. Just be aware of your neighbors, since I'm assuming they actually own units in the building and don't seem to like people renting for the weekend.

Our stay here was amazing.The entire process from booking, arriving and departure was seemless. There was a storm warning for the weekend scheduled and Up North Vacations called me and offered a cancelation and re schedule at no cost due to travel concerns. Our rental was spotless! I booked a condo for a girl's weekend - near downtown TC. I found the booking process to be very straight forward and streamlined - no issues. VUNVR (Visit Up North Vacation Rentals) communicated everything very clearly & then some. I received emails and then I was also able to download their app to access all the updates, messages, general information. They called me the day before to make sure I had everything I needed and to touch base. They also posted all necessary information in the condo for easy access - trash locations, checkout instructions, parking locations, etc. The door codes were emailed to me promptly the day of arrival and we were able to check-in 2 hours earlier than originally offered - nice surprise.The condo itself was awesome & was a perfect fit for us. We found the accommodations to be very clean & amply stocked- plenty of towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, dish soap, etc. Beds were comfortable with clean sheets that looked new or well taken care of. The condo had a one and a half bath, but every bedroom had a huge full length mirror so that helped with getting people showered and then moved to their room to get ready. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen and cooking utensils. There was a comment card that asked how things were and if there was anything the could have done better - my only suggestion was kleenex.I would recommend this company & the condo we booked in the future and would use them again.

Overall, I had a wonderful time staying in this unit. It was spacious, beautiful and super comfortable. The location is perfect as you're just a 5 min walk from Little Fleet and across the street from a great park. Close enough to walk to everything downtown but far enough away to escape the crazy when needed. Great parking situation as we had an assigned spot, access to overflow parking in the complex and ample street parking. We never had issues with where to park. Inside, the unit was larger than others in the complex and very clean with higher end fixtures like plush carpeting and granite counters. The décor was homey but not cluttered which helped to make the space appear so much larger than it already is. The 3 bedrooms were great, especially the one that had 2 twins, one of which was a trundle. it was perfect for the family of 3 that stayed in that room.The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the internet never worked in the 5 days/nights we stayed in the unit and everyone there exceeded their personal data plans. I did ask for a daily credit to offset those costs and am still waiting to hear if that will be honored. Other than that, I highly recommend staying here! I will definitely be returning.

The Park Avenue condo is an excellent location from which to explore downtown TC and the TART biking trails. Downtown is an easy walk or bike ride and the trails start a few blocks from the condo entrance. Please be careful to park your car(s) in the EXACT spot(s) you are supposed to or angry condo owners will have them towed away. I learned the hard way, but Up North Vacation management graciously took care of the cost even though I was inadvertently in the wrong spot. It was a hassle to get my car back, though, so best to make sure you are parked where you are supposed to be. This is the second year I have rented this condo and I hope to be back next year.

We loved our stay at Park Avenue in Traverse City. I'm normally very picky and I can find fault with the cleanliness of any hotel room, however Park Avenue was spotless! Aside from a little dusting needed on things like lamp shades, the place was immaculate. There was plenty of space for a family of four and the location was great. It was a short drive to all the areas we wanted to visit, as well as walking distance to downtown Traverse City. I would definitely reccommend this place!

Great in town rental. Only suggestion would be to make sure that the property description includes that the condo is on the 2nd floor and does require stair climbing.

close enough to downtown, the beach, the park - and yet just set back enough to maintain it's peacefulness. great location!up & downstairs is a nice feature - especially with kids or multiple families. furnishings aren't that high end or luxurious but are cozy enough to help you enjoy your time in traverse city!

We loved this condo and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The interior was very clean and comfortably decorated. The location is perfect. Far enough from downtown to not be noisy or touristy but close enough to walk to all the cute shops and restaurants. Also to reach the beach/water front you need only to cross the main street and there you are. I highly recommend this location and
