Golf View is a wonderful one-bedroom, one-bathroom Condo that sits on the greens of The Grand Traverse Resort. The middle-level Condo sleeps 4 and is perfect for a small family or golf lovers.
There is a full kitchen, and dining room, newly redecorated living room with a sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The deck overlooking the golf course is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine after a round of golf.
Golf View is a great home base if you plan to explore Traverse City and the surrounding area like Elk Rapids and Charlevoix. Turtle Creek Casino is right up the road, and local Ski Resorts are nearby for winter activities. Conveniently located near many local restaurants, public beaches, and shops.
Resort amenities are not included.
No pets are allowed for guests per condo association.

Cozy room, with all the things you need. Would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a trip up north. Had to call the emergency number to figure out entry into the room, as the email had not come through until late that night after check in. That was the only issue. They solved it quickly for me on the spot and had me in the room in no time.

Never a good idea to have a welcome sheet with information and in bold letters stating BUGS, BUGS, BUGS. Yes we have bugs.The dining table was not thoroughly clean nor were some of the seats of the chairs.There were gnats in the tub and a dark ring in the toilet bowl. Not pleasant. The living room furnishings appeared very "tired". The location was very convenient, and that was a positive

I had a wonderful experience working with the staff at Visit Up North Vac Rentals. Very nice, helpful and eager to please! The location of the condo we rented was wonderful, we would stay there again. Very quiet, away from crowds and busy traffic. Was peaceful overlooking golf course. Easy to get to. The condo was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Just one down side, we wished the bed had been a queen or even king size. It felt like a full size mattress and was a little cozy for the 2 of us!

We arrived in Traverse City, MI thinking we had a place to stay but lo and behold, it was not ready for us; thus we were homeless We sought our Up North Rentals, and they were extremely professional and located a wonderful one bedroom condo at the Grand Traverse resort for a reasonable price for a month-long stay. They went above and beyond for us throughout the month and we will use them again.

The condo was clean and well kept. We had a great time. The only problem was the air conditioner in the bedroom. It was noisy and ran all the time. The one in the living room would turn off when it got caught up. It made it hard to sleep. Luckily the nights were cool and we didn't have to run it much.
