Cherry Blossom Farm is a vintage farmhouse in a storybook-like setting, located just two miles south of the village of Suttons Bay. It is beautiful and a perfect landing spot for those staying in the Leelanau Peninsula area.
With five bedrooms and two bathrooms, the home welcomes up to 12 guests. There is one bedroom on the main level, and an enclosed porch is set up for relaxing and sleeping with a queen sofa bed. The remaining four bedrooms are on the second floor. Step outside and enjoy the trees, grassy lawn, fire pit, and patio with outdoor table and chairs.
Traverse City is 15 miles to the south, Leland is 10 miles to the northwest, and Northport is 12 miles to the north. Each charming town has access to water and offers something exciting for every visitor. Public beaches are located about 2 miles from the house in the village of Sutton's Bay. Enjoy festivals, farmers' markets, live music, art fairs, sightseeing, bird watching, hiking, biking, and lots of good eats here.
Your well-mannered pet is welcome. (Maximum two pets.) Please clean up after all furry visitors.

The house was spotless and the property was lovely. To top off the stay there was a magnificent show of the Northern Lights for two consecutive days while we stayed here. Just a couple of suggestions, you really need a step stool to get up into the downstairs bedroom bed off of the living room. That is one tall bed! Maybe a more comfortable chair to sit in to watch TV in the living room. Other than those two things, it was a very nice place to stay.

Our 2 families of 4 had the best time! The house was big enough for all of us to have our space yet still be able to enjoy each other. We were able to have all our dinners at the house on the back patio which was so relaxing and enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs and the AC worked great for the warm weather we had!

The house was clean. Very roomy with large areas for our family to gather, but also had cozy areas for privacy. It was easy to get a hold of someone with a request and they responded promptly. The house was stocked as expected. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. We had plenty of hot water for showers. The back outdoor area had plenty of tables and chairs. No complaints, but one suggestion. Even though this might not be feasible, a second refrigerator would be a nice addition. As a large group, we do a lot of our own cooking.

I cant explain how much this house was so perfect for our family. We wanted to find a house that had enough space and bedrooms to fit us and this was wonderful. felt so much like a cottage and so much space, the sunroom, living room and dining alone makes it feel big. the location was amazing, we wanted to go to sleeping bear dunes and go into Taverse City and this was almost right in the middle. a very cute little beach 3 min away with a playground. that was perfect for the little babies. The town was so cute and a lot of places to eat. the pizza place was amazing. would highly recommend this house to anyone.

A warm and inviting place, perfect for our family gathering. It was spotless, plenty of space, plenty of dishes and utensils, lovely kitchen for prep and visiting. Loved that it was so close to all that Sutton’s Bay offers, and also close to many other places. The only drawback was the road noise, even with windows closed. However, we would definitely stay again!

Check in was easy. The house was very clean, with the exception of the lady bugs in the bedrooms, but that wasnt a big deal for my group. We had plenty of hot water for 10 people to shower and still wash dishes. Loved the side porch for hanging out as well as the fire pit out back. The lawn wasnt mowed, which was dissapointing. This is our second time renting at this location. Some knives were pretty dull, and pans need to be replaced, but we managed.

Overall, the house accommodated our family just fine, however the house is in need of a few things. We own a vacation rental ourselves and we have our house fully stocked. The house was missing oven mittens, dish towels to wash and dry, more cooking utensils, knives, etc. In addition, a few of the blankets could use a good cleaning and/or replaced. Maybe window blinds on the front porch?

The property was just as it is listed, but better! We apprecited the location, so close to SB, TC, Leland, Northport and more! We had good customer service when we arrived, the fridge was not working, but they walked us through flipping the breaker and then it worked like a charm! I would recommend this five bedroom house for family or group rentals. We came with three generations of family and a few friends. There were 7 of us for 2 days and 5 for the remainder. Lots of space for groups. We loved the VI Grill in NP. The food and service were outstanding!

We needed a week long rental for a family vacation. four married couples and one single meant this home with five bedrooms is perfect. Lots of room to spread out meant quality time with the ability to retire early or stay up late without bothering anyone. Four bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Wireless was excellent. Lots of indoor and outdoor table space for meals and games. Nearby beach, shopping and multiple wineries means there is something for everyone.

Spacious home with comfortable beds and excellent A/C. Could have been cleaner. Upstairs tub drain is still slow (noted in previous review) and thus had leftover dirt that did not go down drain after cleaning. Satellite TV didn't work but we became too busy enjoying the sites to bother with it. Entry is through garage which should be tidied up and more presentable. House is hidden from view of main road (M22) which enhanced privacy, but late sleepers should note traffic sounds may cause you disturbance. All appliances worked fine. Our kitty loved the stone glass porch and we enjoyed picking cherries from the trees out back. Great location to all Leelanau County has to offer!Because beds were comfy and A/C worked great we would definitely consider returning.

A beautiful farm house situated in a backdrop of beautiful blooming cherry trees. Right off M-22 and close to wineries a beautiful downtown and the bay. The weather wasn’t bad and home was a great place with a good vibe to enjoy a weekend away with friends. We all said we would most definitely stay there again. Our only issues were the shower head in the upstairs bathroom was in the tub when we arrived and would not stay hung up, the dishwasher did not clean the dishes, so we ended up hand washing, the silver toaster only worked on one side, the house could have had a deep clean, as the blinds were so dusty, and some surface areas were not cleaned well, so we had to clean them before all our friends shoes up. One of the blinds in the master bedroom was missing the thing to close it. But the staff was great to work with and overall the house was in the perfect location and just the right size for our group.

Loved this old farm house, great location to explore the peninsula from. Large home very clean with the exception of the windows that could have used a wash. Best air conditing system ever. Could use more kitchen utensils, grilled steak one night and had to go out and buy steak knives. The refigerator worked fine but was hot to the touch, may want to inspect that. Closets need empty hangers, bought those as well. I say these things not as a complaint but as suggestions to the owner. Would rent this home again. How cool is it to have a cherry orchard in your back yard?
