Welcome to this lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo right on the beautiful Lake Michigan beach! With breathtaking views and charming, updated décor, this space offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. You can kick back on one of the three cozy balconies and enjoy a stunning sunset from the two that overlook the lake. This welcoming second-floor condo comfortably invites six guests, with one king bed, two twin beds, and a sofa bed. Picture yourself enjoying a warm, cozy evening by the wood-burning fireplace, creating wonderful memories.
The area along the Sleeping Bear shoreline is truly magical! Nature displays its beauty with clear waters, bright skies, and fresh air that create an inviting atmosphere to relax and recharge. Just a short drive away, you’ll find the charming town of Glen Arbor, filled with lovely spots to eat, shop, and pick up groceries.
Please remember that while the resort’s amenities like the pool and tennis courts are fantastic, they are not included with this rental.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had everything we needed while we were there. The directions that we were given to the place weren't correct due to a detour, but figured out how to get there. We searched for a while to find the dumpster. We didn't know where it was located. It wasn't labeled outside either.

Beautiful views from the huge sliding glass doors, it was wonderful to sleep with them open and hear the waves all night long! Short walk with beautiful sand, great beach! The condo was very comfortable with great amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was lovely and very well equipped. It had a great view and just steps from the lake. The only negative was that we happened to be there during "fruit fly" season and the remedy that was suggested by rental agency was only marginally successful. Also, the unit was not dusted well. I would go back but perhaps choose a different time frame.

We had a great stay. The weather was in the 70's during the day and upper 50's-low 60's at night. It was nice being so close to the lake. The lake water was so clear and the beach was not crowded. The condo is close to everything. The only thing I would recommend is that you should mention in your the list of what the condo furnishes for guest is hair dryers. I didn't think of it till the last minute, one less thing I didn't need to bring.

Best condo ever and I've been to probably 12 at the Homestead. Seriously, it had everything we needed and was perfectly situated on the beach; no one upstairs in what felt like but wasn't an end unit. I've already rented it for next year. Also the management company was great when I lost the key; replaced it at no cost. Although having to drive to TC to do this was a bit of a pain.

The beach was one of the prettiest I've seen up north. Not very busy, which is nice during pandemic. Had a large great sandy area for us to play. My family and I loved our stay at hospitality at Beachwalk. Only downfalls were No Air Conditioning which during our stay in late August was still warm enough at nights were we could have used the AC. Also, it was a little difficult to find the rental, so we had to stop at the main office and ask directions, which I would think could have been provided ahead of time from Vacation Rentals company.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Beachwalk 5/6 in the Homestead Property. The condo was comfortable for our family. It was right on the beach, which was a nice quiet beach with beautiful Lake Michigan water. It was perfect for a social distancing family vacation. The town of Glen Arbor is nice (small), but has shopping and dining options and plenty of local activities. Very close to Sleeping Bear Dunes. The rental company was easy to work with and provided easy for check-in/out information and information about the rental. There were some minor cleanliness issues such as socks left in a drawer or the vacuuming could have been a little more thorough, but overall it was a great condo and vacation.

It was a beautiful condo with an amazing view, easily accessible and walking distance to most of the homestead. We used this as a "staycation" as we live not far from here, but wanted to get away. We were married at the homestead. Our boys loved it. We are considering buying a condo here and renting it out after this stay as we had such a wonderful relaxing weekend!

This was our third time staying at Beachwalk 5/6 and we are already planning to go back next year. The condo has had some moderate updating and as always it was wonderfully furnished with everything you would possibly need for your stay. The location is one of the best at The Homestead as it is right at the end of the road and just across from the Crystal River. We had a great time exploring all of the normal great sights of the area and Glen Arbor. This time we purchased swim tubes in town and went tubing everyday on the Crystal River. We also enjoyed some of the events put on by The Leelanau School during summer including the observatory and star gazing, Beach Bards Bonfire storytelling, etc. Up North Properties staff does a great job arranging everything from reservations right through to check-in. We have always been very pleased with the service. One small note for the owners of Beachwalk 5/6, it is time to replace the carpet as it is getting stained and worn. Laminate floor would be a good choice because of the sand.

GreatIt will be important that owners provide keys to room with twin beds, due to parent concerns of child locking self in room. It would be best to mount lock box next to door (as it is hard to turn handle) and in a source of light.
