This condo is open year-round for monthly, weekly, or short stays during any season, with a three-night minimum for prime summer months.
This second-floor condo, located at The Shores at Creeks Crossing at the Grand Traverse Resort, offers a great place for a getaway. It provides 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and welcomes up to 6 guests. The resort is 3 miles from the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival.
Outdoor steps lead up to the front door. Walk into a bright, welcoming condo. There is a kitchenette with a cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The condo does not have an oven. To the left is the first full bathroom. Walk through the kitchenette into the dining/living room area and find a sleeper sofa, a TV, and a gas fireplace. On the left is the second full bathroom with a standup shower. The two bedrooms each have a queen bed.
The view from the second-level deck is fantastic. Relax and enjoy the sun setting over East Grand Traverse Bay. The beach is just a couple of minutes' walk from the condo. Jet Ski and pontoon boat rentals are available on-site. There is also a fire pit and volleyball nets on the beach. Grab a beach towel and have some summertime fun.
Enjoy the complimentary shuttle to the Casino. Try some golf. This condo is only about 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City. Pirate’s Cove Adventure Park awaits 5 minutes from the resort. There is a bike rack available for use as well.
Resort amenities are not included.
No pets are allowed for guests per condo association.

I can't give this property a glowing review. It was reasonably comfortable and almost adequate. On arrival, you will navigate a damaged parking lot that is in need of repair. The draperies are worn and the living room is hodge podged but enough. We found cutlery to be sparse but dish and glassware was abundant. The beds and linens were comfortable. Flooring was dated but clean. There were no guides for the cable. It was disconcerning that the plumbing is questionable to the point of warning guests if maintanence is required it could be at the guest expense. Good plumbing is key to guest comfort.

This is our fifth year staying at The Shores in Traverse City. The beach and pool simply can't be beat, especially with the access to kayaks, paddleboards, trampoline, and boat rentals on site. We love that there are multiple buildings in this complex, so that many families can stay close to one another with the common areas all right there. This particular unit was very simple, but had everything we needed. The starter kit of supplies actually lasted us the entire week! We comfortably had three of us stay in this condo with no complaints. We had one minor maintenance issue, but it was resolved immediately with two follow up calls from Visit Up North to ensure we were well taken care of. We will continue to rent from Visit Up North and stay at The Shores. We just love it there!

Property was very conveniently located to dining, beach, golf courses and wineries. The management staff was exceptional. Received a call from a staff member to make sure if we had any questions or if we needed anything. Upon leaving, I inadvertently left my laptop. Management promptly contacted me to let me know they had found it, and made arrangements to return it the next day. I would definitely recommend this property, and Up North Vacation Rentals.

Sunset View was the perfect site for part of our family to stay. The sunsets over Grand Traverse Bay were breath taking. Condo was very clean, cleaner than my last few hotel stays. The furnishings were modern, the deck and view Wow, and everything was comfortable. Adequate parking, extremely quiet and beautiful. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms great, adequate kitchen and dishwasher. Keep note of this place and may try to come again for either fall color or snowfall.

We had a very nice stay at this two-bedroom condo. The location was great. Close to everything. Front bedroom was nice (bay view). Back bedroom was a little noisy (highway noise). It could use some newer linens as the sheets did not fit the beds properly. Kept coming off during the night. And they could use more lighting in the parking lot. Very dark at night. Overall, I give it five stars. While it could use a few improvements, what place can't. Good stay for a good price.

It was a very nice condo with comfortable beds even pull out sofa. The kitchenette was roomy and bathrooms were clean and roomy! The only thing we were disappointed in were the pans that were left. They were old and very scratched up. The Teflon coating was pretty much gone. My friend cooked eggs every day in them and had a very hard time with it and clean up was difficult!!!! So new pans are needed! Also an extra dish towel would have been nice too. We used the hand towels. We didn't do a lot of cooking because it would have been difficult with these pans. But other than that everything was great! I had asked for extra bath towels and got plenty!!! If I had asked for extra kitchen towels I probably would have too but didn't think,of it ahead of time. We loved the location on the beach and went out every night and during the day too on the beach and sat on the beach chairs! Another thing that would be nice. We pay for a damage waiver up front, and it would be nice if there was no damage, if we could get back that money!!!!
