Take a look at this amazing property: a multi-week rental on the northeast shore of Silver Lake in Traverse City. This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home can accommodate up to 10 guests for a minimum stay of 14 nights.
The house features two kitchens, one on each level. The master bedroom, located on the main level, includes a spacious bathroom with a jetted tub. Additionally, there are bedrooms on both the upper and lower levels. The main and lower levels each have beautiful riverstone fireplaces, and the main floor boasts a vaulted ceiling, adding to the overall sense of luxury and relaxation.
Step outside onto the deck off the dining area to take in the stunning water views. The property offers a beautiful waterfront with a dock, as well as a charcoal grill, fire pit, and ample outdoor seating for enjoying the sunset and sparkling blue water. The surroundings are nicely landscaped, providing privacy from neighbors.
The Silver Lake Recreation Area, offering tennis, a playground, and a baseball field, is just a mile away. Downtown Traverse City, with its array of shops and dining options, is a convenient 15-minute drive. Additionally, the family-friendly Incredible Mo's entertainment center is a short 5-minute drive from the property, and the Pit Spitters baseball park is only a couple of miles away. For those interested in arts and culture, Interlochen is located just 10 minutes to the west.

I adored my stay at Silver Linings absolutely 100 percent, every minute of it. Thankyou so much owners for your perfect, good vibes home, couldnt love it more. And I use Visit Up North essentially full time, so yes, I love this company as well.:) This house is ideal for larger well behaved groups. Its in city-close proximity to neighbors, albeit private, and it has so many nooks and crannies for every guest to have their own space when needed. Everything is in perfect order, as it should be,there is a nearby trail at the end of street, epic lake views in the house, so airy and uplifting inside, egg jacuzzi (yes!) just a lovely well-kept home near town, perfect for families.

Wow! What a wonderful home! This was exactly what we needed for our trip. Our first grandchild was born in Traverse City 2 days before our arrival and we had a perfect home base to entertain out of town family as well as the new mom, dad, and baby. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space and gorgeous views. It was so hard to leave!

Did monthlong rental of Silver Lining. House was large enough to handle the 12 people we had for one night and smaller group for rest of stay. House was clean, well stocked and great location on the lake. Enjoyed many fires and sunsets from back yard. Had a few minor repair items I gave to management company and they responded promptly. I loved the experience and would recommend them as quality location

Almost don't want to write this review to keep Silver Lake a secret but the property was great, the lake was incredibly serene and peaceful even over the 4th of July, very swimmable. Only callout I would make is that the hoist is not for renter use, as that was a big misconception that was not made clear when renting the property.

From the minute I opened the front door, this vacation home exceeded expectations. Large and well appointed, very clean and new. The lake was shallow and sandy - perfect for watching and swimming. I had access to the garage for parking, and there was plenty of room for visitors/family members to stay. The exterior was maintained throughout my stay & wood for the fire pit as well as charcoal and all the necessities for grilling were readily available. This was literally turn key and beautiful. We plan to be regular visitors to this home next year & the company that handled the reservations were top notch, available and accommodating without being annoying and intrusive. No complaints whatsoever!
