Sleeps 12. 1 King in the master bedroom, 4 twins in the second upper level bedroom, 1 Queen “Sleep Number Bed” in lower level bedroom, Queen sofa-bed & Twin in the 4th bedroom (set up for multi purpose use in lower bedroom). Queen air mattress for extra sleeping.

Wood burning fireplace, Washer/Dryer, Full kitchen. Wall unit air conditioners in each room. Sheets and towels provided. No smoking. No pets. Outdoor pool and tennis courts in the summer. Relax on the deck with views of the former ski hill. Charcoal grill. Only 3 miles to Lake Michigan and also a quick drive to Leland. 15 minutes to Glen Arbor, 20 minutes to the Sleeping Bear Dunes Climb.

Rent one of our other Sugar Loaf townhouses too if you have extra guests. Play a few rounds at “The Old Course,” within walking distance. This area is stunning for its beauty. Great for site seeing, hiking, bike riding, visiting antique shops, farm stands with fresh local produce, bird watching and plain old relaxing. Centrally located to all Leelanau activities.

Open year around. Will consider weekly or short stays during any season. Summer 3 night minimum. Short stays are permitted during prime summer dates, however, deposits will not be charged for reservations totaling less than 7 nights that are booked online until the reservation is confirmed by Visit Up North the next business day. Arrival and/or departure date must back up to existing reservations and/or begin/end on a Saturday or Sunday. Memorial and Labor Day weekends require three nights.
