This monthly rental sits on 50’ of sandy beach on East Grand Traverse Bay with beautiful sunrise views. Enjoy the quiet location that is close to many Traverse City activities. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8.

There is a spacious modern kitchen with an adjacent dining space. The living room has a fireplace and views of the lake. There are three bedrooms on the upper level and one on the main level. One of the upper king bedrooms has a balcony facing the water.

Enjoy panoramic views of the bay on the deck or along the beach. You can see for miles on the crystal-clear blue waters of Grand Traverse Bay. There is a platform deck near the water.

Watercraft rentals can be found at the many rental companies in the area. It is 14 miles from the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival. Downtown Traverse City, where you will find shopping, restaurants, breweries, a movie theatre, and more, is less than 2 miles away. Some nearby public beaches and parks are great for relaxing. Travel up Old Mission Peninsula an unforgettable wine-tasting event.

No jet skis are allowed at this property. No pets.
