Stay at this beautiful condo in the wonderful village of Suttons Bay for the best all season vacation you ever had! The Bayview is a spacious 2+ bedroom 2 bath condo that features 1 bedroom with king in the master bedroom and a bonus child’s room with 2 twin beds off of the master bedroom. This cozy bedroom features a cute reading nook with lots of books and a view to boot. The second bedroom is a Queen. The main living area is a spacious living room dining room combo and each room features expansive views of the Bay. In the warmer weather enjoy sitting on the balcony with your morning coffee. The living room is perfect to snuggle up in the winter with gas fireplace. Full kitchen. If summer days get too warm there is central air available.

On the main level of this condo there is a cabana available in the summer months. Use this when your down at the beach or grilling instead of running up to the main level. There is a full bath and a sofa bed in cabana.
Pool available May 1 – Jan 1 only. Tennis court seasonal.
Just a couple minute walk to dining, the Bay theatre and shopping. Lots of fun festivals thru the summer and fall months. 5 minutes to the casino. Leland is 10 minutes away. Participating Leelanau Peninsula Vintners Association members will be each feature a special wine during a promotion to benefit the Cherryland Humane Society, with proceeds donated to the organization. Wineries have the option of running the special throughout the entire week or any part thereof. Participating wineries are Gill’s Pier (Ankle Biter), Chateau de Leelanau (Solem Farm Red), L. 2010 Guest Comment: I have only positive feedback for the Visit Up North Team! The original property we rented was undergoing a re-model and Visit Up North had to re-locate our family (14 guests). The first house we were sent to did not end up accommodating our groups sleeping arrangements and the Visit Up North team had our group moved to another house with no hassle & even dropped off a gift basket of unique Traverse City foods/wines. We had an amazing reunion week and would highly recommend the Cherry Blossom home, location & rental company. Several wineries are very close by. 20 minutes to Traverse City where you can enjoy the Cherry Festival, Film Festival and Horse Shows by the Bay. 20 minutes to Leland where you can take a boat to Manitou Island, visit Fishtown or enjoy Lake Michigan beaches. 30 minutes to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Glen Arbor.

Car Travel with Your Pet
ASPCA, Companion Animal Services
â€¢Take your companion animal for a veterinary check-up and obtain a health certificate and documentation of inoculations.
â€¢If your pet has never been in a car, take him on short trips to condition him for the journey. Remember, traveling can be very stressful for a pet; you should try to eliminate as much stress as you can.
â€¢Animals should be secure during the trip and not allowed to jump around or hang out of the window. For this reason, a crate or carrier is recommended:
A strong, wire mesh crate, not permitted for air travel, is preferable for car trips because it allows ample ventilation.
The crate must be large enough for your pet to stand, turn around and lie down in.

Line the bottom with towels to absorb accidents. Attach bowls for food and water, to be given at intervals during the trip.

Accustom your pet to the crate prior to the journey.

â€¢Your pet should wear a flat-buckled ID collar with its name, your address and telephone number. For additional protection, consider tattooing him.
â€¢Try to avoid traveling in extreme weather conditions. If you must travel in hot weather, do it in the morning or evening.
â€¢Exercise and water should be given during rest stops. Do not allow your pet to run loose at rest areas. No matter how well trained an animal is, this is a new experience and an accident could happen.
â€¢Under no circumstances leave animal alone in a parked car. It takes only minutes for an animal to develop heatstroke in hot conditions or to freeze in cold.
â€¢If you are planning to stay in a hotel, make arrangements prior to starting your trip. Your pet should be a welcome guest.
â€¢When you arrive at your destination, keep your pet in a calm, quiet area and give him plenty of time to adjust to his new environment.
â€¢Tranquilization is not recommended.
