The main living area is a spacious living room dining room combo and each room features expansive views of the Bay. In the warmer weather enjoy sitting on the balcony with your morning coffee. The living room is perfect to snuggle up in the winter with gas fireplace. Full kitchen. If summer days get too warm there is central air available. 
On the main level of this condo there is a cabana available in the summer months. Use this when your down at the beach or grilling instead of running up to the main level. There is a full bath and a sofa bed in cabana.

Just a couple minute walk to dining, the Bay theatre and shopping. Lots of fun festivals thru the summer and fall months. 5 minutes to the casino. Leland is 10 minutes away.
